As a team member for our Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Team, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment processes related to strategy, technology, & data.

Role description:

Identify the best talent (through screening or research) and handle the end-to-end recruitment process.

Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs

Partnership with senior business stakeholders to align and execute the recruiting strategy

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Ensuring a professional customer-focused interaction both internally and externally

Working on other recruiting projects as necessary

Our offices are located in Madrid. Once you join, you will be able to use our shuttle service that departs from various points in the city.
